Eugene Police address criminal trespassing by 14 individuals at Hwy. 99 location

Eugene, OR – On March 19, 2025, at noon, an officer with the Eugene Police Department (EPD) conducted a routine patrol check at the closed Porky’s Palace, located at 769 Highway 99.
The officer discovered 14 individuals trespassing on the west side of the property, which had been previously posted with a “No Trespassing” sign. The site has a history of ongoing issues, including trespassing, open drug use, littering, and illegal burning.
Upon further inspection, the officer observed multiple piles of feces and trash scattered across the property. The location also had an active letter of trespass on file, making the presence of the individuals illegal.
Additional EPD officers responded to the scene, and all 14 people were issued Citations in Lieu of Custody for Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree. Those individuals with confirmed warrants were taken into custody and transported to the Lane County Jail for processing.
The Eugene Police Department continues to monitor the area for similar violations.
