Eugene, OR – According to the officials, the City of Springfield’s annual Hall-O-Ween event brought festive excitement Thursday afternoon as Engine 4 joined the fun, handing out candy and admiring the creative costumes.
City Hall staff embraced a Jurassic Park theme, decorating the space with dinosaur displays that delighted attendees of all ages.
