Oregon’s Fish Passage Task Force to meet on March 7 to discuss program updates and new priority barrier list

Oregon – Oregon’s Fish Passage Task Force will convene on Friday, March 7, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the ODFW Clackamas Office, located at 17330 SE Evelyn St, Clackamas.
The meeting is open to the public, with opportunities for in-person attendance or virtual participation via Microsoft Teams. Those interested can join the virtual session using the provided link or by calling +1 503-446-4951 and entering conference ID 319206847#.
The agenda will cover updates on the ODFW Fish Passage Program, Task Force business, and a recommendation regarding the new priority barrier list. The full agenda is available on the ODFW Fish Passage Task Force website.
Public participation is encouraged, with the opportunity to testify verbally. To register for verbal testimony, individuals must do so at least 48 hours in advance, by 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4, by emailing [email protected] or calling (971) 678-4871. Written comments will also be accepted and are encouraged.
The Fish Passage Task Force, composed of nine members representing various stakeholders, regularly advises ODFW and the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission on fish passage policies and issues.
