Louisville, KY – According to the police officials, the 78-year-old man, later identified as Jacck, was arrested and is now facing multiple charges, including possessing matter portraying se-ual performance by a minor under 12. The elderly man was taken into custody last week and his preliminary hearing is set for later this month.

The investigation process began after the elderly man brought his laptop to the local IT store so the employees could move data to an external drive. Unfortunately, the IT workers were doing a peer review to make sure all the files were moved and witnessed what they thought was child se-ual abuse material.

They called 911 when they realized what the man had on his laptop was illegal. During the investigation process, authorities discovered hundreds of images of children under the age of 12 engaged in se* acts with adults. Authorities then executed a search warrant at the man’s home only to realize that he was still engaging in the illegal behavior.

During an interview with investigators, the 78-year-old man reportedly admitted to knowingly having and viewing this abuse material. Authorities released a statement, saying that more than 300 photos were found in the man’s possession. He was arrested after he brought his laptop to tech workers for help, only to reveal that he had a photos of child se-ual abuse material.
