Las Vegas, NV – According to the police officials, the 47-year-old man, later identified as Myrron, was arrested and later charged with attempted murder and battery with a deadly weapon after he sent a customer to the hospital with serious injuries. The responding officers discovered that the 47-year-old employee, who worked at the gas-station, grabbed a basebaII bat and started beating the customer.

Police officials say the 911 call was placed by a witness, who saw the victim bIeeding. The witness reportedly told investigators that the attacked refused to call the authorities and said the victim ‘better have learned a lesson’. The 47-year-old man later told the responding officers that he started beating the customer, who was not identified, because he broke his cheese machine and ‘was talking bad to him’.

This incident occurred earlier this month after the unidentified victim was sent to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The unidentified man reportedly suffered a brain bIeed and had fractures to his skull. During the investigation process, authorities reportedly discovered that the employee got angry and asked the customer to leave the store.

The employee reportedly told investigators that the victim broke the cheese machine and started breaking things in the store. Initially, the victim left only to return several minutes later. Upon his return, the employee grabbed a basebaII bat and started beating the man. The 47-year-old man reportedly told investigators that he beat the man because he ‘plssed him off’. The man even claimed that he didn’t hit him hard, because ‘if it was hard, his head would’ve been smashed on the floor and he would’ve been dead’.
