Eugene Springfield Fire and OSFM host NFPA-certified fire investigation course
Eugene, OR – Last week, Eugene Springfield Fire (ESF) and the Oregon State Fire Marshal (OSFM) hosted a DPSST National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) certified fire investigation course.
The training included both classroom instruction and hands-on scenarios, focusing on determining the origin and cause of fires.
ESF highlighted the value of collaborating with other fire service organizations and thanked Deputy Chief Fire Marshal Worthington and OSFM for organizing and presenting the course.
OSFM noted that the training equips Oregonians with the tools and knowledge needed to prevent home fires and save lives.
