Eugene, OR – The City of Eugene is inviting residents to provide feedback on the Eugene-Springfield Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025). This report outlines the City’s use of federal funds for community development, economic support, social services, and affordable housing programs.

The City serves as the lead agency for the HOME Consortium.
