Eugene police officers join Special Olympics Oregon Torch Run to show support
Eugene,r O – Eugene Police Department officers took to the streets for the Special Olympics Oregon Torch Run, carrying the torch in honor of the athletes.
The officers described their legs as sore and their hearts full after the enthusiastic run.
The event was a meaningful way to support the incredible athletes of Special Olympics, and the department thanked everyone who cheered them on during the run.
