Eugene Springfield Fire medics were dispatched to the scene, and traffic was temporarily shut down on both sides of Barger Drive. The roads were reopened by 6:17 p.m.
Amy Elizabeth Sundquist, 48, of Noti, was driving the Kia Soul. She was transported to a local hospital for treatment of her injuries and was cited in lieu of custody for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII) and Reckless Driving.
The driver, a 59-year-old female, and a 22-year-old male passenger of the Mazda were also transported to a local hospital. Additionally, the 55-year-old female driver of the Toyota Camry was taken to a local hospital for medical attention.
According to reports, Sundquist had been observed speeding in an attempt to get in front of multiple vehicles traveling west on Barger Drive.
