The Eugene Public Library will implement a new open hours schedule while maintaining the same total number of open hours and continuing to operate seven days a week starting September 1, 2024

Eugene, OR – According to the officials, the updated schedule is as follows:

- Monday, Friday, Saturday: 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Sunday: 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.

This adjustment aims to optimize staff coverage and provide direct public service during the busiest hours.
