EPD officer and his K9 partner, Nico, brought smiles and excitement to the Youth Academy during their recent visit

Eugene, OR – According to the police officials, the duo spent time interacting with the children, providing an up-close look at the important work they do in law enforcement.
Nico, the enthusiastic K9, seemed especially happy after making so many new friends, his joy evident in a wide, doggy grin.
The visit not only delighted the kids but also offered a valuable opportunity for them to learn about the role of police dogs and the bond they share with their handlers.
