Man shot and killed in Portland has been identified

Portland, OREGON – Authorities say his name is Joshua Newell.
The man was shot and killed Friday morning.
Police say the 41-year-old victim was shot right after 6 a.m.
The shooting occurred in the 500 block of Southeast 128th Avenue.
The responding officers found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
Police say the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
No suspects have been arrested yet.
