Woman who performed indcent acts nearby for her expIicit page while the man who hired her to engage in unconventional acts at his request was dying on the floor because he was unable to remove the wrappings over his head was charged

California – A California woman was taken into custody earlier this week and charged with second-degree murder following the death of 55-year-old MichaeI during a video shoot for her expIicit page at his California home.
The fatal encounter occurred two years ago when the victim paid the 31-year-old defendant, MichaeIa, money to create a f-tish video for her expIicit page. Despite lacking prior experience in these types of activities, the woman agreed to the victim’s request to wrap him in pIastic wrap and duct tape – a practice often referred to as “mummification.”
According to court documents, the woman arrived at the victim’s residence around 6 p.m., where he appeared intoxicated. Over the next several hours, they engaged in the planned f-tish activities. Video footage revealed that the victim had duct tape over his mouth, his head wrapped in cling film secured with additional duct tape, and a plastic bag placed over his head, also taped in place. His wrists were bound, fingers covered in duct tape, and legs wrapped in plastic, rendering him unable to remove the materials obstructing his breathing.
Approximately four hours into the session, the woman noticed the victim was unresponsive and immediately called 911. Responding officers found her performing CPR on the 55-year-old man, who was later transported to a hospital. He was declared brain-dead the following day due to oxygen deprivation and was subsequently removed from life support.
During the investigation, she cooperated with authorities, providing her phone, which contained videos of the incident. These videos showed the woman struggling to breathe while bound and wrapped, with her performing se-ual acts nearby, allegedly creating content for her expIicit page.
Despite the woman’s lack of intent to cause harm, prosecutors charged her with second-degree murder, citing the reckless nature of the act that led to the victim’s death. She pleaded not guilty and is currently held without bond awaiting trial.
District Attorney David stated that the evidence supports the second-degree murder charge, emphasizing the dangerous nature of the activities performed. The woman’s defense attorney argued that there was no intent to kill and that she acted appropriately upon realizing the situation had gone wrong.
The case underscores the potential risks associated with untrained individuals engaging in hazardous fetish practices and raises questions about the responsibilities of content creators in ensuring the safety of all participants. As the legal proceedings unfold, the incident serves as a cautionary tale about the dangers of performing high-risk activities without proper knowledge and precautions.
