Police Seeking Man Who Hit Bicyclist During Riot
Police are continuing to follow up on an incident that took place the night of the riot on July 25.
Police said it appears to have happened in the area of East 7th Avenue and Oak Street.
Both the suspect and the victim left the area afterward, and police are trying to identify both.
