Eugene Police Concerned About Potential Additional Victims in Child Sex-Related Case
The Eugene Police Department is investigating a child sex-related crime and seeking additional information from the public.
On March 12, 2020, Jon Paul Powell, 48, of Eugene, was charged with Rape in the First Degree and Sodomy in the First Degree.
The charges are related to a case involving a minor that occurred in August of 2019.
