Oregon state police K-9 visits Sutherlin elementary school
Oregon – An Oregon State Police K-9 team visited Sutherlin East Primary School as part of a school assembly focused on public safety and law enforcement education.
K-9 Chessa and her trooper partner provided a demonstration for students, showing how K-9 teams work together in their duties to support public safety across Oregon communities.
The presentation gave students an opportunity to learn about the role of police dogs and their handlers in law enforcement.
Oregon State Police thanked Sutherlin East Primary School for welcoming the team and hosting the educational event.
