Woman dies after her children’s dad recently learned she had been hiding money from him and was upset about her cheating on him before he enlisted his family member to shoot him after killing the woman while sleeping; charges

Florida – Authorities in Florida took two men into custody in connection with the shooting death of 30-year-old mother last year. Both men, 32-year-old Suan and 26-year-old Benyamin, face first-degree murder charges, with the investigation revealing a disturbing pIot that involved staging the crime scene as a home invasion. 

The tragic incident occurred on January 13, 2024, when the woman’s boyfriend called the authorities in Florida and reported a home invasion at the woman’s apartment. According to his account, an assailant followed him into the home, shot the woman as she reached for her phone, and fled, taking some of their belongings. However, authorities in Florida immediately became suspicious of the circumstances, as details in the woman’s story began to unravel.

A thorough investigation by the Sheriff’s Office revealed numerous inconsistencies in hi account. The medical examiner’s report showed that the woman had been dead for approximately two hours before the 911 call, based on the signs of early decomposition and dried blood. This led investigators to question why he would wait so long to report the incident. Further scrutiny of text messages revealed that the man was not supposed to be at the residence during the time of the shooting, adding another layer of suspicion to his story.

As investigators dug deeper into the case, they uncovered evidence that pointed to the crime being staged. It was revealed that the victim’s partner had orcestrated the murder and attempted to make it appear as a botched home invasion. According to authorities, the man enlisted his family member to assist in the plot, with plans to have the man shoot him in the arm to further lend credibility to the staged robbery. 

The motive behind the murder was eventually uncovered. Authorities in Florida believe the murder was tied to domestic disputes between the defendant and the victim, including disagreements over custody of their children and financial issues. The woman had allegedly refused to grant the man full custody, and there were allegations that she was hiding money from him. This financial strain, combined with other personal conflicts, appears to have contributed to the defendant’s decision to take such drastic and violent actions.

Both defendants (SEE PHOTO) were arrested and charged with first-degree murder, with the legal proceedings continuing as both men await trial. The investigation has brought to light a chilling example of manipulation, deceit, and violence.
