Gov. Kotek announced that she is accepting applications for a judicial vacancy on the Benton County Circuit Court created by the planned retirement of Judge Williams

Eugene, OR – According to the state officials, the Governor thanked Judge Williams for his dedicated judicial service, and announced that she will fill the position by appointment. Judge Williams’ retirement takes effect July 1, 2024.
Interested applicants should address their completed application forms to Richard A. Lane, General Counsel, Office of the Governor, and email those completed forms.
Forms must be received by 5 PM on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.
