EPD: 29-year-old man arrested, charged after incidents with homeless persons
Eugene, OR – According to the police officials, the 29-year-old man, later identified as Reginald Elk, was arrested and later charged with six counts of s-x abuse in the first degree, two counts of attempted s-x abuse in the first degree and 19 counts of public indecency.
This arrest follows a lengthy investigation regarding allegations that he committed se-ual crimes targeting unhoused individuals in our community.
The 29-year-old man reportedly wore a unique superhero costume while committing these crimes.
His red and black costume included a cape and eye mask.
