The Oregon Transportation Commission will hold a special meeting on December 12, 2023, officials say

Eugene, OR – According to the state officials, the meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. and it will be hybrid, originating in the Gail Achterman Conference Room of the Transportation Building in Salem.

State officials also said that the agenda reportedly includes:

  • Tolling Rulemaking Update: Provide a decision on the low-income toll program and feedback on the draft set of statewide toll rules.
  • Equity and Mitigation Report: Review a draft of the Toll Program Implementation Report regarding the equitable toll program development and diversion management and mitigation plans.
  • 2024-2028 Strategic Action Plan Review: Receive and discuss the draft 2024-2028 Strategic Action Plan.
