Jacksonville, FL – According to the police officials, the 35-year-old woman, later identified as Margarret, was arrested and later charged with multiple child abuse charges after she reportedly struck a child in the face several times, leaving her injured. The child was sent to the hospital with injuries, police say. During the investigation process, authorities reportedly discovered that the woman hit the child repeatedly because the little girl, who was not identified, made mlstakes while doing h0mework.
This unfortunate incident occurred on Tuesday and the woman was formally charged on Wednesday, court records say. During the investigation process, authorities reportedly discovered that the woman became angry because the child was doing her homew0rk wrong after coming back from school. The relationship between the woman and the child remains unclear.
At one point, the woman grabbed the child by the shirt and began hitting her in the face several times. The child’s face had noticeable injuries when officers arrived on scene. The child and her siblings were doing homew0rk when the woman became angry and began punching her in the face.
Authorities also said that the woman struck the child in the face with a closed fist. Shortly after she struck the child to the face and mouth, she then hit her in the chest. The woman was taken into custody, but later released after posting bond. This incident remains under investigation.
