This guy puts eggs in the oven over some tin foil – You’d wish you knew this trick earlier
Who doesn’t love Eggs Benedict? It’s a common American breakfast. In 1894, in the Waldorf Hotel in New York City, Lemuel Benedict ordered two poached eggs on top of buttered toast, crispy bacon and two poached eggs… plus the hollandaise sauce, of course. So, Eggs Benedict were added to the breakfast and lunch menu, but with a small few changes.
A water-cooked egg is a delicious and healthy way to add some vegetarian-friendly protein to your diet.
Eggs are one of my favorite things to eat. They’re easy to cook and full of protein! If you’ve been having eggs only for breakfast, you’ve been missing out!!
