Jacksonville, FL – According to the court documents, both defendants, later identified as 20-year-old Chrlstie and 19-year-old JasIyn, were sentenced to 25 years behind bards after pleading guilty to multiple charges, including second-degree murder, tampering with evidence and conspiracy to commit murder. Prosecutors claims both defendants reportedly helped 20-year-old Andrre to kill the teen who reportedly sIept with his ex.

The 20-year-old man is facing trial on the following charges: first-degree murder, tampering with physical evidence and conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree. The fatal incident occurred in October 2021. The investigation process began after the 18-year-old victim, Dwlght, was reported missing and his body was found two days later in some bushes. During the investigation process, authorities discovered that then-17-year-old Chrstie called and lured the victim to a stairwell.

Then, the other two defendants, then-16-year-old JasIyn and Andrre started beating the teen before Andrew stabbed the victim in the neck. The victim then asked the defendant ‘to end it’. The then-17-year-old Andrre then stabbed him in the chest with the sw0rd. All three defendant’s then took the victim’s body and threw it over a railing. Prosecutors claim the defendant killed the victim because the 18-year-old had se* with his ex. After discovering about the lntercourse, the defendant called Chrstie for help and they both asked JasIyn for assistance.

Per reports, in 2023r, Andrew’s attorneys sought to have the case against him dropped on a technicality. They claimed prosecutors had failed to charge him correctly since in the indictment, Clements’ name was only mentioned in the caption but not in the description below as the law requires. The victim and the defendant were reportedly classmates.
