Eugene’s National Night Out will make its return to the ballgame on July 28, police officials say
Eugene, OR – According to the police officials, the community is invited to gather outside PK Park at 3 p.m. for a free, family-centric celebration filled with fun and excitement.
The event will feature opportunities for attendees to meet their favorite K9s and special teams from Eugene, Springfield, the University of Oregon Police Department (UOPD), Eugene/Springfield Fire, and Oregon State Police.
Various displays will showcase the work of the SWAT, Traffic, Bomb, K9, and Drone teams, along with Forensics, Animal Services, and more.
Following the afternoon festivities, everyone is encouraged to stay for the Monarcas vs. Spokane game at 5 p.m.
Throughout the game, community partnerships will be celebrated between innings, highlighting the strong bonds and collaborative efforts that ensure the safety and well-being of the community.
The event promises to provide a wonderful opportunity for residents to connect with local law enforcement and public safety agencies while enjoying a day of family-friendly fun and baseball.
