Eugene Springfield Fire responded to two-vehicle crash at 13th and Polk
Eugene, OR – Just after 2 p.m. on Friday, October 4, Eugene Springfield Fire responded to a two-vehicle crash at 13th Avenue and Polk Street in Eugene.
One of the vehicles struck a light pole, damaging the traffic signal.
Firefighters performed a heavy extrication to free the driver, who was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Motorists are advised to expect delays in the area while emergency crews worked the scene.
