Eugene, OR – The Eugene Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a missing and endangered 67-year-old woman who was last seen leaving her care facility Sunday afternoon.
According to police, Carol Clove left her care facility at 1166 E. 28th Avenue at approximately 4:30 p.m. on July 5. She was last seen exiting on the University Street side of the property and traveling south.
Police said Clove was wearing a blue dress with a white floral or polka-dot pattern when she was last seen.
She was traveling in an electric wheelchair equipped with a basket, purple plastic tire flares and lime green accents.
Authorities said Clove suffers from dementia and Parkinson’s disease and is immobile without her wheelchair, making the search especially urgent.
