Eugene City Council approves new city manager to begin in April
Eugene, OR -The Eugene City Council has approved Jenny Haruyama as the city’s next City Manager.
Haruyama is set to officially begin her role on April 15.
In a statement, Haruyama said she is honored by the appointment and looks forward to collaborating with the City Council, city staff, and community partners.
She emphasized her commitment to building on Eugene’s strengths and addressing local challenges while engaging residents and businesses in shaping the city’s future.
