Louisville, KY – According to the police officials, the 78-year-old man, later identified as Jacck, was arrested and is now facing multiple charges, including possessing matter portraying se-ual performance by a minor under 12. The elderly man was taken into custody last week and his preliminary hearing is set for later this month.

The investigation process began after the elderly man brought his laptop to the local IT store so the employees could move data to an external drive. Unfortunately, the IT workers were doing a peer review to make sure all the files were moved and witnessed what they thought was child se-ual abuse material.

They called 911 when they realized what the man had on his laptop was illegal. During the investigation process, authorities discovered hundreds of images of children under the age of 12 engaged in se* acts with adults.
