Houston, TX – According to the police officials, the 40-year-old dad, later identified as Johny, and his 42-year-old girlfriend, KayIa, both from Texas, were arrested in Oklahoma and later charged with multiple charges, including aggravated child abuse and neglect and enabling child neglect after the man’s child was found tied to a trree in a backyard. The responding officers discovered that the girl was tied more than 3 days.

The investigation process began last week after the girl’s aunt called the authorities and reportedly told them that her niece was ttied up in the backyard. The unidentified woman reportedly told the dispatcher that the 15-year-old girl had been there for 3 days and that she was sneaking her food. The woman also told the dispatcher that the girl needed medical attention, because she had a hole in her leg and lesions on her arms. The girl and her dad were visiting his girlfriend’s sister in Oklahoma when the incident occurred.

When officers arrived on scene, they reportedly made contact with the child. The girl, who was not identified due to her age, was reportedly sitting in the backyard. The girl had a strap around her and bandage below her knee. Officers also spoke with a woman, who initially said that she did not know about the girl’s condition, but when officers confronted her, she reportedly said that she knew what was going on but was too afraid of the girl’s father to say anything.

When the girl’s dad arrived home, she reportedly told the responding officers that ‘his daughter can’t be trusted and she likes to lie. The 40-year-old dad also told authorities that ‘the child wasn’t tied down long, maybe an hour while he was gone’. The father also told investigators that his daughter is ‘peelng and p00ping on herself and he didn’t want it inside, so they sat her outside that way there is no mess’. The man also claimed that ‘this was the only option to keep her restrained because he did not know what else to do to help her’. His girlfriend told authorities that she was taking a shower and didn’t know anything.
