The man shot and killed Sunday morning has been identified
Eugene, OR – According to the police officials, his name is Joshua Vandervort.
About the incident – it occurred around 9:15 a.m. Sunday.
The 46-year-old man was dead when the officers arrived.
Authorities arrested a 27-year-old man man they believe is responsible for the death.
He was arrested and charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
