The intersection of Foothill Road and Hillcrest Road will have traffic impacts from Wednesday, July 5 through Tuesday, July 18 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. while contractors perform water and storm drain work
Medford, OR – According to the statement, Foothill Road will be open, but delays are expected with traffic being flagged through each leg of the intersection.
The work is part of the $62 million Foothill Road project being constructed in part due to a $15 million Federal Build Grant received by Medford.
It improves Foothill Road from Delta Waters Road south to Hillcrest Road.
When complete at the end of 2026, the existing two-lane road will feature two lanes in each direction, along with turn lanes, sidewalks, bike lanes and street lighting.
