Public health officials reported 177 new known cases of COVID-19
Eugene, OR – According to the statement, the Oregon Health Authority reported 3 new COVID-19 related deaths as well.
The state continues to struggle with large amounts of wasted vaccine: 4,040 doses over the past week.
That’s approaching the record-setting 4,672 doses thrown out the previous week.
The state reported 4,361 new doses administered.
The number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 dropped by 11 Tuesday, to 238.
There were 67 COVID-19 patients in intensive care, an increase of six from the previous day.
