Man got into disagreement with driver before he began shooting at a car full of people with his grandparent’s weapon, narrowly missing the passengers’ heads

Miami, FL – According to the police officials, the 19-year-old man, later identified as DyIan, was arrested and later charged with multiple charges, including: attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assauIt with a firearm, criminal mischief and other charges in connection with the last week’s incident. The responding officers discovered that the 19-year-old reportedly got into a disagreement with an unidentified driver before using his family member’s weapon and shooting at the vehicle.
This unfortunate incident occurred last week on Thursday. Officers responded to a shooting call and quickly realized that the 19-year-old shooter reportedly fired multiple shots into the victim’s vehicle. Luckily, no one was injured or killed, even though the vehicle was shot multiple times.
The responding officers discovered that the 19-year-old shooter and the unidentified driver reportedly got into a disagreement before the youngster grabbed a gun and shot multiple shots. The responding officers also found sheII casings and the alleged weapon at the scene. The responding officers also discovered that the bullter holes in the vehicle indicated that the occupants luckily missed being struck in the head or chest.
During an initial interview with investigators, the 19-year-old claimed that he wasn’t involved in the shooting. Shortly after, he reportedly admitted to shooting at the vehicle using his grandparent’s weapon. This incident remains under investigation. DyIan is being held without bond.
