Local resident has been charged with distributing child pornography
Eugene, OR – According to the police officials, his name is Richard Owens, 38-year-old, and he was arraigned on 10 counts of first-degree encouraging child sex abuse stemming from accusations he shared videos showing the sexual abuse of children.
He’s been granted conditional release.
The police investigators described his collection of child pornography as “extensive,” and police are concerned there may be possible local victims, both children and adults.
