Eugene Springfield Fire responds to ADU fire in Whiteaker neighborhood
Eugene, OR – Eugene Springfield Fire crews responded to a fire in an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) in the Whiteaker neighborhood late Tuesday morning.
The fire occurred in the 200 block of Madison Street, with crews arriving at 11:55 a.m.
Firefighters swiftly contained the blaze, preventing further damage to surrounding structures.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
Authorities are working to determine the origin and circumstances surrounding the incident.
