Eugene Police respond to armed dispute involving juveniles on River Road
Eugene, OR – On May 29 at 11:39 a.m., Eugene Police responded to a dispute involving a group of juveniles at 2080 River Road, where one juvenile was reported to be armed.
Witnesses reported that shots were fired into the air during the incident.
Multiple police units arrived at the scene and made contact with several juveniles involved.
Authorities notified nearby North Eugene High School, advising increased security precautions while the search for suspects continued.
The investigation remains active, and police have yet to make contact with the juvenile reported to have the firearm.
