Eugene Police investigators arrested a suspect in an attack on a barista
Eugene, OR – According to the police report, this unfortunate incident occurred at a drive-through coffee stand near the University of Oregon campus.
His name is Jesus Martinez-Escudero, 25-year-old and he was charged of Burglary and Assault in the Second Degree.
The attack happened at a Dutch Bros coffee stand on Franklin Boulevard early Monday morning.
The barista fought off the attacker as he tried to grab her and hit her with a blunt object. She ran off to call for help, and the suspect fled.
