Eugene Police Investigating Shots Fired At Man Tuesday Morning
Police are investigating a report of shots fired early Thursday morning in Eugene.
The call came in around 5 a.m. reporting a dispute and shots fired on Mill Alley at E. 14th Avenue.
Police said they pulled over a car with 4 men inside, but it was not clear if the men were involved. More details are expected later in the day Thursday
