ESF responded to a reported structure fire in East Springfield on Monday evening, no injuries reported

Eugene, OR – According to the statement, ESF crews responded to a reported structure fire at Creative Awnings & Shelters in East Springfield on Monday evening.
Crews were notified at 9:35 PM on July 8th, with callers reporting that a storage shed next to the building was on fire.
Upon arrival, firefighters found a large storage building heavily involved in flames directly against the main commercial building.
Crews quickly deployed to protect the business and extinguish the fire.
Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
