Eugene, OR – According to the officials, on Fridays, firefighter recruits undergo a fire endurance activities test (FEAT) to prepare for the demands of the job.
The test has a strict time limit and is quite challenging. On this particular day, Fire Chief Caven chose to participate alongside the recruits.
He completed the test well within the time constraints, proving he could keep pace with the team.
