Disturbance in the Forest Park Neighborhood has prompted activation of Portland’s Special Emergency Reaction Team and Crisis Negotiation Team
Portland, OR – According to the Portland Police Bureau, officials don’t believe there are outstanding individuals who pose a danger to the community.
While SERT and CNT work to resolve the incident, Northwest Skyline Boulevard will be closed from Northwest Germantown Road to Northwest Springville Road.
