Eugene, OR – Eugene Police Department officials released the following statement:

“With swift coordination, call takers guided people on extracting the trapped occupant and administering crucial first-aid.

Their seamless teamwork, akin to a well-oiled machine, ensured vital support until the fire department arrived.

Even amidst the chaos, camaraderie shone bright, showcasing the dedication and unity within our team.

Kudos to everyone involved for their outstanding efforts in a challenging situation!”
