ODHS opens new multi-service building in Clatsop County, offers open house on January 31

Oregon – The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) has opened a new building in Clatsop County, bringing together multiple services for the community. Located at 111 Roosevelt Drive, the facility houses Child Welfare, Oregon Eligibility Partnership, and Self-Sufficiency Programs, making it easier for individuals to access essential services all in one place. Walk-in services and appointments are available.
An Open House is scheduled for Friday, January 31, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for those interested in seeing the new office.
Tim Cork, ODHS District Manager, expressed excitement about the new location, stating, “We have a real opportunity that promotes equitable access for all and having a one-stop location that encompasses a variety of well-being resources and services for the people we serve.”
The new office, located near the Seaside Outlet Mall stores, will offer support for cash and food assistance, as well as health care benefits, all under one roof.
Additionally, students from Warrenton Middle and Grade schools have been invited to contribute art to decorate the Child Welfare lobby, with plans for students to decorate a 12×14 inch wood hexagon.
