Married educator sent a child four expIicit photos of herself before she took him in her classroom on the day of the boy’s eighth-grade graduation and had lntercourse with him; sentenced
Los Angeles, CA – According to the court documents, the 46-year-old educator, later identified as MicheIIe, was sentenced to four years behind bars after she pleaded guilty to se* with a minor. The former educator reportedly had lndecent lntercourse with the boy, 14, on the day of his graduation. This unfortunate incident occurred three years ago and the educator was sentenced this week.
In 2021, the then-married woman and mother-of-two, reportedly started texting the child on his social media account. The woman then sent the boy expIicit pictures of herself, which started circuIating in the community in 2023. Authorities began their investigation and contacted the victim. After investigating the boy’s smartphone, authorities reportedly found messages exchanged between the victim and the defendant.
The educator, who is 29 years older than the boy, will be transported to the state prison within a week. She will be required to register as a sex offender and was ordered to stay away from the victim for 10 years, court records say.
According to the DA’s office, the woman reportedly had a special treatment for the boy in school. The woman also instructed the boy to delete their communications, and the expIicit photographs she sent to the victim before initiating se-ual lntercourse. According to the court documents, it’s not clear what led to the female teacher abusing her position of trust, authority and power to repress her male victim.
