The Eugene Police Department is seeking additional victim reports following an incident near W. 11th Avenue and Seneca Road
Eugene, OR – According to the police officials, last week, the 34-year-old suspect, later identified as Kerry Diamond, was arrested following an incident where he reportedly followed a woman into a store near W. 11th Avenue and Seneca Road, solicited her for s-x, and exposed himself.
Diamond was arrested for Public Indecency.
During the investigation, detectives discovered social media posts suggesting there may be other victims.
Anyone who has been victimized or witnessed Diamond’s behavior is urged to contact Detective Katherine McCartney at 541-214-0881.
Diamond is described as having brown hair, brown eyes, a thin build, and is 34 years old.
The incidents under investigation involve exposing his genitalia to women and children, soliciting sex in exchange for money, inviting women to perform in pornographic videos, and public masturbation.
