The City of Eugene invites public comment on four proposals that have applied for Affordable Housing Trust Funds

Eugene, OR – According to the city officials, public comments will be shared with the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Evaluation Sub-Committee who will score the proposals and the full Advisory Committee who will make a recommendation to staff. 

The proposals are posted on the AHTF website for review and include:

  • Floral Hill by DevNW
  • Nelson Place by DevNW
  • Rosa Village by SquareOne Villages
  • The Lucy by Cornerstone Community Housing

Public comment can be submitted through April 23, 2024, via email to staff, or it can be provided during the public comment period at the upcoming AHTF Evaluation Sub-Committee meetings:

  • April 11, 2024 at 12:15 – 1:30 p.m.
    Saul Conference Room, 3rd Floor Atrium Building 99 W. 10th Ave, Eugene
    The sub-committee will review proposals for Floral Hill and Nelson Place by DevNW
  • April 16, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    Saul Conference Room, 3rd Floor Atrium Building 99 W. 10th Ave, Eugene
    The sub-committee will review proposals for Rosa Village by SquareOne Villages and The Lucy by Cornerstone Community Housing
