City officials announced community events happening this summer
Medford, OR – According to the city officials, the following events are happening this summer:
Movies in the Park – it takes place at Bear Creek Park (1520 Siskiyou Blvd.). This free event features a movie and poster raffle, event-branded giveaways, and/or pre-show crafts or games. All movies start at dusk.

Summer Concert Series at Pear Blossom Park
Enjoy free concerts at Pear Blossom Park (312 E. 4th St.)! The concerts run from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
Thursday, July 20: Mariachi Joyas De Oro
Thursday, August 24: High Step Society
Flick and Float
Join us for a free movie on the water at the Jackson Aquatic Center (815 Summit Ave.)! Free popcorn is included.
Saturday, August 19 at 10 AM: Lilo & Stitch
Yappy Hour
Bring your furry friend to the park for a special evening. Humans and dogs can meet new friends, get some exercise, or chill by the water bowl! Each event runs from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM.
Friday, July 21: Bear Creek Dog Park (1520 Siskiyou Blvd.)
Friday, September 22: Cedar Links Park (3101 Cedar Links Dr.)
Admission is $10 per person and includes a pint glass, dog treats and tennis ball.
