A hard-working cleaner who lost her job during the pandemic, has no idea she is about to get the surprise of her life

The cleaner, known only by her first name Rosa, was working as a cleaner at a luxury high-rise building in New York City for the past 20 years. Unfortunately, she lost her job last year and had been living with her sister.
When the residents of the building came to know Rosa was struggling financially, they decided to gift her something that would provide comfort in these times of crisis.
The people living in the building gave her a two-year lease on a penthouse apartment.
A heartwarming video, shared first on Reddit, shows Rosa taking the elevator up to the penthouse, thinking she needs to clean it. On being told it’s her apartment, she breaks down.
